Introduction
95+1 Segments with Common 3-level Display Driver IC with Controller
SSD1623 is a display driver with controller integrated. It has 95 segments, 1 background segment and 1 common output. Each segment / common is capable of 3-voltage levels output. It is designed with programmable display waveform for fitting with different display technology and applications.
SSD1623, equipped with SPI interface with hardware address map setting pin, allows two or more SSD1623 connected to the same SPI bus and increase the available number of segments. A DCDC charge pump is built in for generating high voltage for panel driving.

· 95 segments (SEG[95:1]) for Normal segment driving
· 1 background segment (SEG[0]) for Background segment
· 1 common segment (COMA/COMB) Common signal -
Supply voltage: 2.4V to 3.6V
· VDD, VCI, AVDD: 2.4 to 3.6V
· VDDIO: 2.0 to VDD -
2-level output voltage or 3-level output voltage for Segment/Common
· V0: 10 to 40V with 1V step size, V1 = 1/2 V0 -
Embedded circuit selectable DC/DC charge pump to generate driving voltage
· Support multiplier ratio (4X, 6X, 8X, 12X and 16X) - V0 can be supplied from internal Charge pump or external Power input
- Dual frame display memory 96 x 2 bits
- Built in oscillator or external clock inputs
- Programmable output waveform in fitting different application or display requirement.
- 32-bit SPI interface with address map setting pin
- Support cascade feature to expand segment count
