Ms. LIU Fei

Ms. LIU Fei is a member of the Audit Committee with substantial legal work experience. She joined Huada Semiconductor Co., Ltd (華大半導體有限公司) in September 2017 as a legal manager and became the deputy general counsel since September 2022. Ms. Liu is currently the deputy director of the legal department since April 2023. She has also served as a supervisor of China Electronics Smart Card Co., Ltd. (中電智能卡有限責任公司) since December 2023.

Ms. Liu graduated from Shanghai Normal University (上海師範大學) with a bachelor’s degree in law and holds a lawyer certificate in the PRC.
