Dr. KANG Jian

Dr. KANG Jian is a member of the audit committee. He joined Huada Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (“Huada”) and served as a professional manager at the investment management department in December 2014, and has been the head of the investment management department of Huada since July 2018. From 2010 to 2014, Dr. Kang held various positions including a senior consultant and the general manager of Shanghai branch of CCID Consulting Company Limited, Director of the Shanghai branch of China Fortune Land Development Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600340).

Dr. Kang possesses extensive investment management experience. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy in computer science granted by De Montfort University in the United Kingdom, and a Master of business administration degree granted by China Europe International Business School.
