TFT Display Driver IC
Introduction
Solomon Systech offers a series of Mobile TFT Display Driver IC (DDI) to support different LCD technologies, including a-Si, LTPS, IGZO, etc. Our TFT drivers all have an embedded source/gate driver, a voltage generator and a controller block supporting display resolutions from QVGA to QHD (1600RGB x 2560). These products are embedded with high speed MIPI lanes to support high data rate transfer with low power consumption. These highly integrated IC solutions also provide other competitive features such as color enhancement, Content Adaptive Brightness Control (CABC), minimal external components and up to 16M colors support.
In addition, Solomon Systech has expanded its TFT product lines to cater to not only smartphone and tablet applications but also industrial and automotive display applications.
