176RGB x 220 Integrated TFT OLED Gate, Source Driver with built-in RAM

SSD2388 TFT OLED Smart Driver is an all in one driver that integrates the power circuits, gate driver, source driver and RAM into single chip. It can drive a 262k-color TFT OLED main panel with resolution of 176 RGB x 220. 

It also integrates the controller function and consists of up to 87,120 bytes (176 x 220 x 18 / 8) Graphic Display Data RAM (GDDRAM) such that it interfaces with common MCU through 8/16-bits 6800-series / 8080-series compatible Parallel Interface or Serial Peripheral Interface and stores the data in the GDDRAM. 

It is embedded with DC-DC Converter, Oscillator and Voltage generator to provide all necessary voltage required by the driver with minimum external components. An Integrated Gamma Control Circuit is also included that can be adjusted by software commands to provide maximum flexibility and optimal display quality.
