SSD2215 is an all in one display driver that integrated the power circuits, source driver, gate driver and high speed MIPI into a single chip. SSD2215 can drive a 262K/16M color a-TFT panel with resolution of 240 RGB sources x 320 gates.

SSD2215 embeds a high efficient DC-DC Converter and a Voltage Regulator to generate all necessary voltage level to the a-TFT panel with minimum external components required. The SSD2215 provides a 8-color power saving mode to reduce the energy consumption in portable devices. The sources and gate scan direction can be controlled by software command.

It supports MIPI 18/24-bit/pixel interface. It contains two differential pairs for differential data transfer and differential clock. It can support 240 x 320 x 18/24bit x 60Hz real time display.
