TFT LCD Gate Driver

SSD1213 is a TFT-LCD source driver that can drive up to 480 pins with 8-bits, 256-gray scales. SSD1213 is expendable to support SVGA, WXGA, SXGA and UXGA format.

SSD1213 has a large output dynamic range of 16Vp-p. It can operate at maximum data clock frequency of 85MHz (RSDS). Together with dot/line inversion and gamma correction function, it produces high quality pictures.

To reduce the number of pins and electromagnetic interference (EMI), RSDS interface is used as data input for SSD1213.

  • Maximum LCD drive voltage: +16V 

  • Maximum RSDS operating clock frequencies: 85 MHz

  • Gamma correction: 9+9 input 

  • Support Dot and N-Lines inversion 

  • Support systems: SVGA (800x600 dots), WXGA (1280 x 768 dots), SXGA (1280 x 1024 dots), and UXGA (1600 x 1200 dots) notebook PCs, monitors, LCD TV and other OA equipment.
