SSD1205 is a 2-level TFT-LCD gate driver designed to drive 200, 240, 256, 263 or 270 gate lines. The driver support various TFT display such as VGA, WVGA, SVGA, XGA, XGA+, WXGA, QVGA, SXGA, UXGA, WUXGA, QXGA and WQXGA. The device provides features including low power consumption, high voltage operation, bi-directional shift register and so on.

  • CMOS-LSI structure

  • 200/240/256/263/270 LCD drive circuits 

  • Logic operating voltage: 2.3 - 3.6V

  • High voltage: Max. VGG=+35V

  • Negative output voltage: maximum VEE=-15V

  • High voltage operation: VGG-VEE=MAX. 42V

  • Maximum operating clock frequencies: 200kHz

  • Selective shift direction
