SSD1201 is a 2-level TFT-LCD gate driver designed to drive 256 or 263 gate lines. It supports various TFT display such as XGA, XGA+, SXGA, SXGA+ and WXGA and provides features including low power consumption, high voltage operation, bi-directional shift register and so on.

  • CMOS-LSI structure

  • 256/263 LCD drive circuits 

  • Logic operating voltage: 2.5 ~ 3.6V

  • High voltage: Max. VGG=+35V

  • Negative output voltage: maximum VEE=-15V

  • High voltage operation: VGG-VEE=MAX. 40V

  • Maximum operating clock frequencies: 200kHz

  • Selective shift direction 

  • TCP/COF package
