(Hong Kong - 21 February 2005) - Leading flat panel display integrated circuit ("IC") solution provider Solomon Systech Limited ("Solomon Systech") announced today new appointments of two distributors for the company's continuous expansion of its distribution channels:

1. World Peace Industrial Co., Ltd. ("World Peace Group", "WPG"), the #1 distributor in Asia Pacific, to cover Solomon Systech's business in Asia Pacific, starting from Hong Kong, PRC and Taiwan initially. 

2. S.A.S. Electronic Company Limited ("S.A.S.") to cover Hong Kong and PRC for the sales of Solomon Systech's upcoming new products such as the Mobile TFT, Graphic Controllers and Melody chips.

The 2 companies are both top tier distributors with extensive branches across the regions and very strong regional sales teams. The movement is one of the Groups' strategies to align its continuous business growth. Commenting on the expansion, Solomon Systech's Sales Director, Mr. H.H.
