We are pleased to announce that “Yazhou Zhoukan” (「亞洲週刊」) has ranked  Solomon Systech (International) Limited (“Solomon Systech”, SEHK: 2878) No. 17 among the “Top 20 Chinese-owned International Enterprises with the Fastest Growth in Total Assets” (「20家資產總額增長率最高的華商企業」) and No. 187 among the “Top 500 Chinese-owned International Enterprises” (「04’ 國際華商500排行榜」). The rankings are published in the October 10, 2004 issue of the magazine.

The “Top 500 Chinese-owned International Enterprises” are the 500 largest (as measured by market value) public companies in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and the Philippines, with Chinese as their largest shareholders. They were ranked on the basis of their market capitalization as of 30 June 2004.

This is the first time of Solomon Systech being ranked in the “Top 500 Chinese-owned International Enterprises” after its listing in April 2004. This shows that Solomon Systech’s remarkable achievement in growing its market value has worldwide recognition.
