Full-HD Mobile Multimedia Processor

The SSD1938 mobile multimedia processor is the third generation of MagusCoreTM products offering superb performance, with full HD decode, high level of integration and ultra-low powerconsumption to address applications like pico-projector, portable media players, mobile internet devices and personal navigation devices

The SSD1938 is packed with a wide array of connectivity options including UART, SPI, USB 2.0 ports with PHY, MMC/SDHC/SDIO and Ethernet MAC ports. To reduce BOM cost, the SSD1938 integrates Keystone vertical tilt compensator, a high-quality audio codec, an analogue-to digital converter for touch panel, as well as a TV encoder for NTSC/PAL video output. Support of various external memory interfaces like mobile-DDR, DDR2 SDRAM, SLC/MLC NAND, SRAM and NOR flash offers great flexibility to system designers.
